All the emotion, all the love, every passion in me—I’ve come to view it all as like a herd of wild horses. They need to be guided, but they need to run. Staying locked up in the corral is a crime. It’s the breath in my heart that needs to run free, and it’s so tied to my creativity. There’s so much freedom and life there. How beautiful that the movements of our hearts, the life in our being, and our creativity are so connected.
