Danseuses Mauresques by Théodore Chassériau

Théodore Chassériau was a French Romantic painter born on September 20, 1819 in what is now the Dominican Republic.  Among his works are portraits and historical and religious paintings, many of an allegorical nature.  The featured painting, Danseuses Mauresques, translates as The Moorish Dancers.
